Account Deletion

We value your privacy and control over your personal data. Below you'll find instructions on how to delete your account and information about what happens to your data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Open the App - Launch Billka on your device.

Go to Settings - Tap on the burger icon in the top left corner, then select "Profile".

Account Management - Tap on "Delete profile".

Confirm Deletion - Read the information about account deletion consequences and tap "Delete My Account".

Alternative Method: You can also request account deletion by emailing our support team at billka@sytoss.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and including your registered email address.

Data Handling Information

When you delete your account, we handle your data as follows:

Personal Profile Information Deleted permanently Within 30 days of request
User-generated Content Deleted permanently Within 30 days of request
Payment Information Deleted permanently Within 30 days of request

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion is complete, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use Billka again.
